Steve Cassani has been in the real estate industry since 1970.  He is currently a licensed real estate agent working as a mortgage banker.  Steve takes pride in doing what is best for his clients.  With 34 years in the real estate industry, as a mortgage banker, real estate agent, general contractor, and title and escrow office manager and sales representative, his knowledge and experiences are valuable tools for finding the correct loan for his clients and managing the loan through the entire process.  Community involvement is also important to Steve.  He serves on the Sacramento Area Realtors (SAR) community relations committee and works with the SAR on the Can Tree drive each year.  Can Tree is a community relations project to aid the Salvation Army in feeding the homeless and the hungry in the greater Sacramento area.  Steve also serves the Salvation Army as a bell ringer each year and volunteers at the kitchen to prepare food for the holiday season.
